His creations, made of wood in which is incorporated balls, pebbles, dice, wire etc, are both meticulous and mysterious. Telling stories that seem to have no end or beginning, his works are thought in the manner of a fragile and delicate labyrinth, free of interpretation by the «viewer». By this effort of reflection, the artist obliges the other, here the spectator, to consider reality differently.
An international artist, she has exhibited in numerous galleries in France, Italy, Amsterdam, New York and Milan.
Four solo exhibitions of Takako Saito took place at the Lara Vincy gallery: FLUXUS in 1989, Takako’s in 2003, Les jeux de 1988 - 1994 + x in 2009 and Les jeux de 2004 - 2009 + You and Me in 2010.
